Circlip presence check and automated quality inspection in halfshafts
Decuna developed a system to detect circlip presence in halfshafts with applied computer vision techniques.
As a remark, the circlip is the closing part with a gear in the halfshaft axis
The system is also able to detect longitudinal displacements of the assembled parts in the halfshaft.
