Automated storage pallet with mobile carts.

An alternative to the transtocker (trasnporter, elevator), is a storage automated pallet with mobile carts. Its advantages are the ability to load unload and operations on the storage area on a simultaneous way. With this approach, you can store a great production timing and at the same time unload materials with great speed and efficiency.

Decuna has done the electric installation, software desgin and start up of the system, implementing the mobile cart control and the field devices. Also, the storage software control PLC layer.

A automated truck load system considerably reduce the packet forwarding time compare to a traditional pallet operations. The machine in charge of the loading was integrated by Decuna in the installation.
